Products & Materials
What materials are your products made from?+
All Fenixbilt products are fabricated from US-sourced steel. Depending on the product, finishes include powder coat (available in multiple colors) or brushed stainless steel. No imported materials, no overseas manufacturing.
Where are your products made?+
Everything is made in our fabrication shop in Phoenix, Arizona. We use the same laser cutters, press brakes, and TIG welders we use for aerospace work. Nothing is outsourced to a contract shop.
How durable is the powder coat finish?+
Our powder coat is applied electrostatically and cured in an oven, resulting in a finish that is far more durable than spray paint or liquid coatings. It resists chips, scratches, and fading. For outdoor use, we recommend the stainless steel finish or our outdoor-rated powder coat options.
Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?+
Yes. We fabricate custom orders regularly. Visit our Custom Orders page to submit a request, or email team@fenixbilt.com with your dimensions and finish preference. Lead times for custom work are typically 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?+
In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from Phoenix, AZ. Transit time is generally 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimums, no codes needed.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're located outside the US and are interested in a product, reach out to team@fenixbilt.com and we'll see what we can do.
How is the product packaged for shipping?+
Steel products are heavy and sharp-edged. We package everything carefully with corner protection and foam padding to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us immediately at team@fenixbilt.com.

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Custom orders are non-refundable. To initiate a return, email returns@fenixbilt.com with your order number and reason for return.
What if my product arrives damaged?+
If anything arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product and email them to team@fenixbilt.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Do your products come with a warranty?+
Yes. All Fenixbilt products are backed by a lifetime warranty against structural defects. We stand behind our craftsmanship. If something fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or modification.
