About Us

Made in Phoenix, Arizona

Built Different.
Built Better.

Fenixbilt started in a sheet metal fabrication shop that builds parts for the aerospace industry. That standard never left.

Our Origin

About Fenixbilt

Laser cutters. Press brakes. TIG welders. Certified quality systems. The kind of equipment and capability that most home goods brands will never have access to.

We looked at what was being sold online: thin shelves that flex under a stack of books, planters that rust through in a season, wall art stamped out overseas and shipped in a bag. We knew we could build better because we already had the tools to do it.

Every Fenixbilt product is fabricated in our shop from US-sourced steel. We laser cut parts from flat sheet, form them on a press brake, weld where the design calls for it, and finish with a durable powder coat or brushed stainless steel.

Nothing is imported. Nothing is outsourced to a contract shop. Nothing leaves until it meets the same inspection standards we hold for aerospace work.

Why Fenixbilt

The phoenix rises from fire. So does everything we make.

Every product starts as a flat sheet of raw steel. It gets cut by laser, shaped by heat and pressure, welded by flame, and finished in an oven. The material is literally transformed by fire at every stage of the process.

We are not a brand with a logo and a supplier in another country. We are the manufacturer. The shop is ours. The equipment is ours. The people building your shelf are the same people fabricating aircraft components.

That is the difference. You feel it when you pull the product out of the box.

The name is a nod to where we build, the Valley of the Sun, and to what we believe: that the best things are forged, not assembled. Fenixbilt means exactly what it sounds like. Built in Phoenix. Built through fire.
